A 10-section scored report.
Not a template.
Every report is assessed by PixelForce's founding team - the same people who scope and price builds every week. Your idea, assessed on its actual merits.
The ideas below are fictional - the report structure, scoring logic, and cost estimates are not. This is exactly what your $497 produces. Select an outcome to see how the depth and recommendation changes depending on what the assessment finds.
"I have seen this category work well and fail badly, and the difference almost always comes down to distribution - not product quality. FitTrack Pro scores well across six of seven dimensions. The B2B gym-management gap is real - Strava and MyFitnessPal do not serve independent gym owners, and that is a genuine opening. But independent gym owners are hard to reach at scale. There is no obvious paid channel, no community to tap, and word of mouth in this segment moves slowly. Distribution needs to be solved before the build starts - not treated as a sales problem to figure out post-launch. The unit economics hold at $89/month - B2B tools with genuine switching costs keep churn well below 4% when the product does its job. My recommendation is the Product Blueprint. But I want the go-to-market strategy treated as a first-class deliverable, not something we figure out after the build."
Distribution scored 3.0 - no existing audience or channel to independent gym owners. This is the primary commercial risk identified in the CEO's Note.
Estimated build: $180,000 – $240,000 · 14 – 18 weeks to launch. Mobile app excluded from MVP — validate retention with the web platform first.
"The numbers on this one are worth working through carefully. The average homeowner uses a power drill two to four times per year. At a $15 to $25 rental price with a 15% commission, the platform earns $2 to $4 per transaction - roughly $8 to $12 per active lister annually. Before that revenue is usable, the platform needs critical mass of listings in each suburb. That means customer acquisition cost is paid suburb by suburb before any suburb generates reliable demand. Peer-to-peer tool rental platforms that launched in Australia, the UK, and the US between 2015 and 2022 were unable to reach unit-economic sustainability on this structure - transaction value too low, frequency too infrequent to recover acquisition costs at reasonable churn. The scorecard reflects this: five of seven dimensions below 4.0. If the rental angle interests you, the pivot worth testing is specialist trade equipment to job sites at $500 to $2,000 per week. That is a different buyer, a different transaction size, and a frequency profile that can support platform economics. I would validate that before committing to any build."
Five of seven dimensions scored below 4.0. Stickiness (event-driven, not habitual) and Distribution (no existing channel, geographic density required) are structural - not fixable with better execution.
At 15% commission on $15–$25 rentals, the platform earns $2–$4 per transaction. No viable business scales on that math. Comparable platforms across the UK, US, and Australia have all failed to reach sustainability on this model.

Questions that actually
drive the assessment.
The form takes 15–20 minutes. Here are three examples of the questions we ask - and why they matter.
Senior assessment from
a team that actually builds.
PixelForce has facilitated over $1.5 billion in client revenue across 100+ products since 2013 - including SWEAT (Kayla Itsines, $400M exit), EzLicence ($100M+ annual bookings), and Traininpink (Italy's #1 fitness app). We are an AWS Advanced Partner and SA Premier's Export Award winner.
The people who produce your assessment are the same developers, product leads, and strategists who scope and price builds for PixelForce clients every week. The cost estimates in your report are not a formula - they are what we would actually quote you.
Frequently asked
questions.
Who actually assesses my idea?
PixelForce's founding team - the same people who have assessed and built over 200 digital products across the last 13 years. Every section of your report, from the scoring to the cost estimate to the CEO's Note, reflects genuine team judgement on your specific idea.
You are not receiving a template with your company name inserted. You are receiving an assessment our team has read, calibrated, and stands behind.
What does the $497 include exactly?
A personal CEO's Note from our founder, plus a 10-section PDF report covering: Our Understanding, Market and Commercial Landscape, Viability Assessment, Assessment Scorecard (7 dimensions), Recommended Approach, Recommended Next Steps (three genuine paths forward with one direct recommendation), MVP Scope, Three Critical Risks, Go-to-Market Observations, and Suggested Improvements with Recommendation. Delivered as a professionally formatted PDF within 48 hours.
How accurate is the development cost estimate?
The estimate is based on PixelForce's actual pricing guide, calibrated to your specific product type and the complexity we assess from your responses. It is a realistic range grounded in what PixelForce would actually quote - not a guess, not a generic industry figure.
What if my idea is early-stage or incomplete?
This assessment is designed for early-stage ideas. You do not need a design file, technical spec, or business plan. The form guides you through what we need - your concept, target customer, market understanding, and goals. If your idea has significant gaps, the report will identify them clearly.
Is my idea kept confidential?
Yes. Your submission and report are private. We do not share, publish, or use your idea in any way other than to produce your assessment. If you require a formal NDA, contact us at contact@pixelforce.com before purchasing.
What happens after I receive my report?
Our team will reach out within 24 hours of delivery to schedule a call and walk through the findings with you - no charge, no obligation to proceed further.
The report ends with a specific recommended next step matched to your verdict. For ideas that score well, the typical next step is a Product Blueprint - a full scoping and design engagement that produces every screen, architecture recommendation, and the specification needed for a fixed-price development quote. If you proceed with any PixelForce engagement, the $497 is credited in full.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
Because the assessment involves real team time to produce, we do not offer refunds once your report has been delivered. If you have concerns about the quality or accuracy of your report, contact us at contact@pixelforce.com and we will review it with you.
